We sent the Prescott crew to Sedona to repair a house with small leaks in the waterproof membrane under the flagstone deck. Over time the leaks rotted several large structural beams, the floor, floor joists, and damaged the stucco. Teams from Verde Valley Handyman and Licensed Handyman removed the rotten lumber, rebuilt the waterproof deck, then installed and artfully shaped new flagstones to match the existing patio’s Look.
