Matthew set out in 2016 to re-invent the Handyman business in the Verde Valley, with a fleet of vans each day fixing over 5,000 homes in Sedona, Cottonwood and Camp Verde.

To Serve the Quad Cities, In 2023 Licensed Handyman Inc. was created with Local employees living in Prescott Valley. We have extremely skilled Small Job Superheroes working Mon-Fri from Mayer to Chino Valley and all cities in-between.

John comes to us with his General Contractors license and over 25+ Years of continuous high quality work across many disciplines of construction and operating as a professional licensed painter for years. John lives in Dewey and there’s not much John can’t tackle and his years of experience allow him to get in and out quickly without sacrificing quality and standards.

Matt grew up working in his family’s welding and fabrication shop.  Perfect welds and precision were needed in everything he did from a young age.  In his 30s, Matthew struck out on his own and developed a full remodeling business working in northern Phoenix, doing all aspects of construction. Bringing carpentry, drywall, tile, and all areas of his work the same focus of quality and precision he learned from an early age.   Matt lives in Prescott and keeps a boat on a lake ready to set sail to keep his life in balance.

Chris is a Prescott Local - after some years in Pennsylvania. He was a contractor holding 4 different licenses and built quite a reputation for quality and great workmanship.   But returning to Prescott being his highest goal after years away from his home town, we were fortunate to bring Chris on board with us to use all his wealth of experience in dealing with small and medium-size jobs. When you hire one of our small job superheroes like Chris - you’re getting a highly overqualified person who is eager to handle anything you can throw at him.

Now approaching his 5th year with us now, Lee grew up working with his father a licensed contractor. Over many years He’s accumulated a vast knowledge of all areas of construction. A Stickler for details and quality control Lee is managing all the work in the Handyman division including estimating, material ordering, Project Management and Scheduling.

Our Office Manager and the glue that holds it all together. Junel Graduated college with her accounting degree, which she uses daily keeping our books & payroll straight. If you call you're likely to chat with her as she takes care of customers and does much of the job scheduling.

RosaLee is working our front office - helping with answering the phone, scheduling jobs and keeping things moving smoothly. RosaLee has trade-certifications in both plumbing and electrical where she helped the Yavapai-Apache Tribe with emergency repairs and maintenance.
