Matt grew up working in his family’s welding and fabrication shop.  Perfect welds and precision were needed in everything he did from a young age.  In his 30s, Matthew struck out on his own and developed a full remodeling business working in northern Phoenix, doing all aspects of construction. Bringing carpentry, drywall, tile, and all areas of his work the same focus of quality and precision he learned from an early age.   Matt lives in Prescott and keeps a boat on a lake ready to set sail to keep his life in balance.

With over 30 years of hands-on experience, this construction powerhouse has mastered every trade from framing and concrete to tile, finish carpentry, and painting — earning a reputation as a one-man construction superhero. Armed with precision, creativity, and a tool belt that might as well be a utility belt, he’s led crews, built homes from the ground up, and rescued projects in distress with unstoppable skill and determination.

Kevin is an experienced builder with a lifelong background in the trades, bringing strong hands-on knowledge to every project. He has built both traditional and log homes from the ground up and understands all phases of construction, allowing him to deliver practical, high-quality results. He also has extensive experience with plans, permits, and inspections, helping projects move smoothly and stay compliant. Whether working on a full build or smaller jobs, Kevin is known for his reliability, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

Our Office Manager and the glue that holds it all together. Junel Graduated college with her accounting degree, which she uses daily keeping our books & payroll straight. If you call you're likely to chat with her as she takes care of customers and does much of the job scheduling.

Now approaching his 5th year with us now, Lee grew up working with his father a licensed contractor. Over many years He’s accumulated a vast knowledge of all areas of construction. A Stickler for details and quality control Lee is managing all the work in the Handyman division including estimating, material ordering, Project Management and Scheduling.
